If you provide Personal Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Surface and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

Personal Data That Are Automatically Collected

Certain Personal Data may be automatically collected when you use the Site. Such Personal Data is limited to technical information and information about your visit to the Site, including pages you visited, the order in which they were visited, page interaction information (such as the links you “clicked” or the content you viewed or consumed), the type of device you are using, IP address, operating system, header information and browser software. Children:

Personal Data submitted through the Life Under the Surface portion of the Site is transferred to a third party applicant tracking service provider committed to compliance with GDPR and the E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

If we transfer your Personal Data to a third party, we require the third party to commit contractually to process your Personal Data only in ways that are consistent with this Privacy Policy.
